Justin leads ÆPOC, bringing together business operations, people assessment, software architecture, and creative direction. He created ÆPOC’s Organizational Intelligence Assessment synthesis model, which connects assessment findings with roles, experience, and working relationships.
Justin designs and builds the company’s software across the full stack, with a focus on software architecture and the direction of AI coding agents through implementation.
He holds a Master of Fine Arts and oversees design and branding for ÆPOC and all Waste Solution Innovators subsidiaries. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Waste Solution Innovators and Chief Operating Officer of WSI Trash & Recycling Valet, grounding his consulting work in the responsibilities of running a business.
