Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest, message, and permission to respond. We use these details to respond to your question and discuss a possible engagement. The form is not an assessment intake portal: please do not include confidential personnel records, assessment results, or other sensitive business material.
Where an inquiry goes
Valid submissions are sent through our configured email service to our inquiry mailbox. We also send a short confirmation to the address provided, without repeating the submitted message. This website does not create a separate inquiry database or send inquiry messages through the assessment synthesis model. Inquiry correspondence is handled in our email system. Website hosting and email services process information needed to operate and deliver the service.
Technical information
The site uses connection information temporarily to limit repeated form submissions, and a temporary hash of the email address to limit repeated confirmations. The application uses a ten-minute rate-limit window; expired entries are cleared on a later inquiry attempt or when the server restarts. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational or security logs. The website does not load advertising pixels or analytics trackers, or send form content to advertising networks.
Links to Hogan, Gallup, research publishers, and the other family brands lead to separate websites with their own privacy notices. Fonts and brand images used on this site are served with the website.
Confidential work. Practitioner responsibility.
Assessment and consulting engagements can involve role information, tenure, reporting relationships, assessment findings, and business priorities. Before supplying this material, agree the purpose, authorized participants, recipients of deliverables, and handling arrangements for your engagement with us.
Identities separated from AI synthesis
The ÆPOC platform replaces participant names and internal identifiers with coded references before assessment synthesis is sent to its AI service. After the response returns, those references are matched back to participants within the platform so practitioners can review the findings in context. This is pseudonymization: it reduces direct identity exposure but does not make contextual information anonymous or guarantee that a person could never be identified.
Human review and delivery
AI assists synthesis; our Hogan-certified practitioners bring interpretation and judgment to the findings and working guides delivered. Assessment findings support conversations and leadership decisions. They do not replace understanding a person’s role, circumstances, or perspective.
Providers and agreed handling
Assessment providers and AI services may process information as part of an agreed engagement. Provider terms, processing locations, access arrangements, and any provider retention must be considered in the engagement’s handling arrangements. This notice does not promise that every provider has identical storage or deletion terms. Ask us about these arrangements before sharing confidential data.
Confidentiality terms and access to reports are established for the engagement. The public website does not publish participant booklets or assessment records; its working-guide preview uses fictional content.
When the engagement ends.
AEPOC LLC’s policy is to wipe engagement data when the engagement ends. This includes assessment inputs, synthesis outputs, working copies, and engagement correspondence under our control. Deletion must be carried through the systems and service providers used for the engagement.
Copies of deliverables already received by you or other agreed recipients remain in those recipients’ control. Browser storage on this website has the separate durations described below.
For an inquiry that does not become an engagement, we use your correspondence to respond to your request; you can ask us to delete it. Contact sales@wsitrashvalet.com to request deletion or confirm the status of engagement-data deletion.
Questions, choices, and requests.
Contact sales@wsitrashvalet.com about access, correction, deletion, confidentiality, or a change to permission to respond. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry or engagement, but do not send assessment results in an initial request. We may need to confirm your identity or authority before releasing or deleting records.
Your rights and any applicable limits depend on the laws and circumstances of the request. For participant information supplied through an employer or client organization, we may need to coordinate with that organization.
This notice describes the website and our engagement policy; engagement-specific agreements provide additional details. We will update the date above when this notice changes.
